SPARK.ME Conference
For over seven years, we partnered with Spark.me to shape one of the most memorable marketing conference experiences in this part of Europe.
With inspiring people at the center of Spark.me, we created a wide range of original products and activations-social media walls that pulled the conversation into real time, collaborative art walls and trading card games that made networking effortless during coffee breaks, trampoline selfie spots, standout swag, and more.
Alongside that, we delivered fresh, engaging stage design and year-round social content-building momentum before, during, and after the event, and leaving audiences inspired and eager for the next edition.

GIZ Conference
Alicorn is known for delivering excellence, even on tight deadlines. With just five weeks, we worked in a rapid build-and-ship rhythm to help GIZ’s “Empower Integrate Grow” feel memorable, engaging, and cohesive from end to end.
A dynamic event identity, uncompromising design, a modern website, an attendee mobile app, and custom-built trivia touchscreens throughout the venue brought the story to life-sparking interaction, pulling people into the conversation, and helping audiences stay locked in on what the speakers had to say.

Doodle with .ME booth game, Adobe MAX
How do you stand out at one of the world’s most famous conferences for creatives? That’s the challenge we helped .ME take on.
We built a hybrid online-offline game where attendees competed by drawing doodles on custom paper, then scanning a QR code to open a mobile web app that instantly turned their doodles into competition entries. Live submissions and rankings played on a large screen at the booth, pulling in crowds and keeping the energy high.
The result: record-breaking booth engagement and a measurable lift in customer acquisition within a hard-to-convert audience.
Animated Mascot Announcers
Sometimes our clients – like the Capital Market Authority of Montenegro or the National Tourist Organisation – come to us with an idea: a mascot announcer that introduces parts of the conference and interacts live with a human host on stage.
It sounds simple, but it adds a whole new layer to an already complex animation job. Timing has to be precise, with natural pauses for the host, stage layout and sightlines have to work, and the screen character has to match real-world scale and positioning so the illusion holds.
When it is rehearsed properly and executed well, it creates a real suspension of disbelief – a small magical moment that pulls the room in, sets the tone, and primes the audience for the key talks that follow.
Daiichi-Sankyo Educational Booth Game
One of the world’s leading pharmaceutical corporations came to us with a delicate challenge: create a booth game that is fun, competitive, and controlled with a non-standard device, while also being genuinely educational and fully respectful of the subject matter – cancer research.
We built a 3D claw-machine experience that rewarded quick reactions and knowledge, supported by individual and country leaderboards. Every detail was tuned to keep sessions short, clear, and engaging, so people could jump in, learn something, and want another round.
The game returned to the booth on other conferences with refreshed content and, later, was ported to mobile phones as a tool for internal education.
